    Recieved package on time. Got the camera and grip.Did not get a user manual for the d850. No battery charger for either camera or grip.No USB cable. Looked like contents were ransacked. Empty packaging was in the box.I believe it was customs doing. Thankfully I did get the Camera and grip.

    I am very sorry the package was ransacked. Obviously, I did not send you empty packaging. If you suspected customs removed items, I wish you let me know. I insured the package and could have attempted to receive compensation and naturally pass it on to you. Regardless, giving me a negative review for deficiencies caused by US customs seems questionable...
