    Item not as described. Seller’s description stated that item was “Pervious owned, but Appears UN-USED..New in Box”. This was clearly not the case, since the item had a broken safety chain on the front handrail. This was evident upon closer inspection of the photos included on the auction. Wheels & power pickups also indicated that this was not an unused item. Additionally, the item does not work and is in need of repair. Contacted seller – no response.
