Seller blames delivery agency (not FedEx) for the pre-opened box & missing pestle. I offered to return what was delivered (pre-opened box with mortar only, pestle missing), in exchange for a new, unopened box with both items intact. Seller has not agreed to this. So, at this point Ebay needs to step in and make things right.
