    The seller is well intentioned. This remote is not your typical Best Buy universal remote. It’s part of a Crestron system. Being used it was password protected, which should have been removed before shipping. This delay in getting past the password caused delays -almost 2 days- with completing the programming for the customer. An offer to “make it right” came from the seller, and I asked for a small refund for my trouble, but nothing but crickets. Ignoring the password issue, all is well now.
