Not going to dock any anything for this, but the seller may need to advise customers to clean the cartridge contacts before using which I did. For this cartridge in particular it was really in need of it. Have pictures if proof is needed but the seller did not misrepresent anything in the item listing. Never had to communicate with the seller.
