After buying I messaged the seller if it was possible to get a a real adjusted shipping quote for the item, and to tell him how excited I was to find the rare hubs. He then proceeded to cancel my order and refund me without my approval. Then he relisted the hubs for twice as much, and proceeded to tell me that I could pay more because of how much I wanted the hubs. Reported to eBay for extortion and they are investigating now.
