      I liked the fact that the ingredients were all natural. I think I'm going to mix and match with Super beta prostate. You could also try upping certain ingredients while still using this product.

      I need more time taking the product. I don't expect immediate results.

      At this time, I have not noticed any changes in my frequent bathroom times and nothing as far as ED improvement. I have only been taking it for a few days, so maybe ask me again in a couple weeks. I hope all will improve, but only time will tell.
