The second plant was a short thin woody stick and the hair like roots literally fell away from that twig. I was very disappointed that it was even shipped to me. I contacted the seller who has great communication and requested a refund for the second purchase. They were happy to work with me, which I appreciated greatly. I would recommend this seller as they are honest and have business integrity.
