    I hate writing a bad review, but this was not a pleasant experience. After purchasing, the item didn’t ship. I emailed the seller and it took several days for a response. Once he responded, he said he dropped the item to UPS. For several days after, UPS tracking said they hadn’t received the item. I emailed the seller again and no response. I contacted eBay and asked for a refund. It was then UPS said the received the item. A very fragile vase arrived wrapped in one piece of paper loose in a box
