My mother-in-law has been having to go to a laundry mat as we have been waiting for the replacement part to arrive. The part was ordered, the payment was taken and it showed that it shipped. It did not arrive on the expected delivery date. I reached out to the seller twice, but received no response. Discovered that the shipping label was printed but that it was never shipped.
