      THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT SELLERS IVE EVER DEALT WITH ON EBAY. Item sent with missing pieces and they are very slow to help/respond. In the end, they provided ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE & the item had to be returned. Item WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, & MAY HAVE BEEN FAULTY!! Which is why it was sent without a converter, will not be using these people again. I called and texted multiple times and to resolve the issue to no avail! NOBODY sells a transmission without a converter.
