    This is a flat out lie and I have the communication from her to prove it. Buyer's BLANKET died (not the controller she bought here) and she thought a new controller would fix the issue. It did not, so she attempted to return an item clearly listed as "NO RETURNS". I refused the return, but eBay let her return it anyway. The item returned smelled like cigarette smoke (I'm highly allergic and do not smoke), and was missing the hidden pen mark I use to combat fraudulent returns like this.
