    Seller was good at communicating, which is fortunate, as the item arrived in a broken and useless state, due entirely to the inadequate packaging. A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.

    Item arrived on time and was as described.The only problem was, the packaging could have been more robust. It was a ceramic rabbit and was packed in a bubble wrap envelope and plastic bag.It really could have been put in a box. Luckily, mine arrived in one piece but everyone knows what delivery companies are like.
