It was simply wrapped in a black garbage bag and taped with clear tape. The garbage bag was ripped in several places by the time it arrived getting dirt on the blanket that was new in packaging. If it had been packaged better it would have arrived fine. It's not that the item was wrapped shoddily, it's that the tape was used to secure the package. If there were tears, I am sorry, but that was caused by the PO. I didn't send it with tears.
