      this stuff really works

      i have been taking turmeric for 2 months and boy do i see a change in my body. i no longer have water retention in my angles, swelling in my thyroid has gone down, i have more energy. there are so many health benefits in turmeric that people don't know about. they need to go on line and find out about this wonderful plant. i am 63 and no longer on any medications. i leave the killer poisons alone. i take vitamins, and herbs. i do have to say turmeric is one of the best. find out people!
