The packaging was well done, someone had to have actually placed the broken rod in the box and shipped it. The seller played games with me while trying to get a refund or another rod. Their final offer was to take 30% off the broken rod. They wanted me to still pay them for trash. I had to have PayPal get involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
