I received a dried out plant that looked like a keepsake pressed for years between the pages of a book. The plug was totally dried out and over doubled in size when I soaked it in water. I did contact the seller. No reply. Maybe I was just unlucky here and the plant was stuck in USPS for too long. This was an expensive transaction and not a good transaction for me.
