    Seller misrepresented this product in listing. Listed and sold it as “New” but packaging was cut open and taped back. Right now I Not sure if it has been used or not but the listing should have stated it was “opened not new.

    I did not misrepresent the listing in any way. The pictures clearly showed the package was taped up or else the buyer wouldn’t have known that before he received the package. As soon as I put the package in the mail with a tracking number the customer decided to complain about it being misrepresented. I told him to return the package and remove the bad rating, which they did not do. The ink cartridges were brand new and had never been used. Nor was there anything wrong with them. False claims
