Unit turns on but will not connect to network or reset. Therefore, it is a faulty unit, with a faulty main-board. I have contacted SONOS support and they are unable to diagnose the unit and claim it has not been in use since 2021. I would argue this means it was not as described - ie. not pulled from production. I have contacted the seller who is unable to provide any support and does not accept returns.
