    Lamson ULU

    This ULU is sturdy and well-made. The walnut scales offer a good grip. Lamson has a good reputation. This ULU comes with the beginnings of an edge put on it, but it's really far too dull to use safely. Plan to spend time honing it before using it. I've had to spend some time on mine. Get a dedicated ULU sharpener or something like it. ULLs like this one are beveled the traditional way--on one side only (not on both), so conventional knife sharpeners are not suitable. If you haven't used an ULU before, be aware that they handle differently than a conventional knife. This is neither good nor bad, but it does require some practice. Also your grip hand is above the blade, rather than behind it, which does limit your view of the blade as it cuts, so you do need to exercise ...

    Quick & easy

    Easy to chop or cut food into smaller pieces. It's as sharp as a razor . You will appreciate It's length as well as It's stainless eliminating rust. Storing it is the only concern as it is very sharp and a sheeth would be very helpful.

    Amazing knife

    This Ulu knife is just amazing! So much easier to use than a traditional chef knife. And it holds an edge great. Got this for my wife as she struggles in the kitchen. Now, she’s cuttin like a pro!

    One of the best knives in my kitchen collection!

    I am loving this Ulu knife! So sharp and easy to use. Boy, does it make quick work of dicing up herbs. I can slice carrot medallions almost as quick with this knife as with a mandoline. And safer for my fingers!
