I reached out and explained the situation and the owner took 1000% accountability said they’ve expanded to online and still trynna work out the lefts and rights and some employee packed wrongly. He sent me another package EARLY the next day. Came with 0 problems in 3 days. Beautiful fish and some extra for the first accident. True owner right here!

I ordered 10 black phantoms, upon arrival I noticed one of them not doing too well. He wasn't dead but he definitely wasn't looking good. I contacted the seller, wasn't looking for a refund for a single fish just letting them know the issue. Without hesitation and me asking the supplier sent me a refund. I have always had black skirt tetras because they survive just about anything, and they are a good looking fish. But I have never seen such small, young ones, and they are absolutely adorable, and healthy looking. Very pleased with this Seller.
