    Seller was good at communicating, which is fortunate, as the item arrived in a broken and useless state, due entirely to the inadequate packaging. A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.

Looks great, just like the picture and, with the exception of the black end pieces, the same as the original headband. Excellent value for money.     Item arrived on time and was as described.The only problem was, the packaging could have been more robust. It was a ceramic rabbit and was packed in a bubble wrap envelope and plastic bag.It really could have been put in a box. Luckily, mine arrived in one piece but everyone knows what delivery companies are like.
