After receiving the knife, I noticed that that the tweezer was stuck and some of the tools were very hard to pull. Communicated that to the seller and asked him how he wanted to handle because either way I wanted a full refund but was ready to send it back if he wanted it. Within an hour or so, he sent an email apologizing and issuing a full refund. He said I did not need to return the knife.
