The mixer arrived clean and well packaged and it runs great. The owners are very responsive. When I had a question about the mixer, the owner answered my call right away and explained everything I needed to do. He then followed up with a text to be sure I didn't have any other questions. Got the mixer into place, tried it right away, wouldn't turn on. Contacted seller asap to let them know we'd need to ship back and get a refund. They wanted to send another mixer, wasn't completely honest about that price, so told them I wanted to ship back for refund. They received the mixer back and refused to refund my money b/c it wasn't in working order.
