    After I paid for the coin, seller canceled the sale and sent me a refund. I didn't want a refund; I wanted the coin. Just as I am obligated to pay for a coin I win at auction, seller is obligated to deliver it. Failure to deliver deserves a neutral rating.

    Incorrect. The buyer failed to pay for the coin after four days had lapsed. I received no communication from them and thus canceled the sale. Thus , I never issued a refund because I never received the funds for the sale to begin with.
