I bought three glass teapots and they were well-packaged; when USPS flubbed the delivery of one of the pots, I reached out to the seller and found them very prompt and courteous, offering a refund for the pot or to ship another. They did the latter and covered the extra, despite that what happened was USPS's fault. I would gladly purchase from this seller again.

This is one of the best packaging experiences I've ever had; they wrapped the china in paper, then packed pieces in boxes, then placed those boxes in a big box--with more paper. All 15 pieces were in perfect condition upon arrival. As for the pieces themselves, they were exactly as described and in great condition. This was a great deal, too!
