    An excellent 2001 kit that you won't believe until you see it!

    High quality, large scale injected-molded kit of a major science fiction movie classic spacecraft. Highly recommended to all Space Odyssey fans. Note: there are a half a dozen aftermarket add-on items now also available (various decals, small metal detail parts, lighting, and sound accessory kits) now available for this and Moebius' entire line 2001 model kits.

    Quality precise molding, worth the $$$ for such a big iconic kit. The larger pieces are heavy cast for strength and rigidity. Plus the ability to customize to your liking with available aftermarket parts. Even the box is cool imo. Moebius + 2001 = WIN!
