They stopped the shipment and did a refund. It is nice that they were aware of the issue before it shipped out. I have since bought some from several other sellers and found some of their same product was defective. Much more of a task/process to send photo's, return item and get a refund at that point. Thank You for your professionalism.

I've used one tube on one cat. I've not had enough time to see if it works and does what it should. ebay hammers my email daily wanting feedback so Im tired of it and submitting it early. I'm going to give it 4 stars because it's so well packaged and sealed I think it will be ok.
