      The item I received was indeed new, however, I wasn't able to connect it to my cell phone. I tried to connected to a bunch of different devices , tablet, pc, cell phones and none of them were able to detect the product at all. I even tried the razer app, and it was also a failure. The earbuds won't even turn on despite spending hours inside of the case that I fully charged. I followed all instructions and looked for help online, but nothing worked. So sad because I really like the earbuds.Thanks

      New, but defective

      The product was indeed new, however, never worked. I charged the earbuds until the green light turned on, but when I tried to connect the product, it was undetectable (no bluetooth) at all even though I used many devices (tablets, cell phones, my own pc, and the app, but nothing worked). This is unfortunate because I was looking forward to using the product. I owned the same earbuds, but in black color and purchased them at microcenter.
