Condition was as said in the listing. Good value for a Home Lab. But would go with another X99 for the feature set on this particular model. That is a me problem nothing to do with this product. It worked without issue. But is hard to find Computer case hookups due to no manual & website freezing. After those few things I have no other issues.

The board did work with a single memory stick in it, and was able to install windows 11. This was with an e5-2640v3, which scored a Cinebench R15 score of 1080, which is ~ i7-8700. These boards do not have TPM 2.0 just FYI.
