    The item received broken The item was repaired before ship and that not mentioned in the item details I contacted the seller but he give me weak excuse and i explain in logic how the music box shipping broken because the measurement & size box small than the measurement of music box , so the music box doesn’t fit inside carton unless broke and put inside with pieces ( as pics described) I dont recommend to buy from this seller

    I am very sorry the music box was damaged while being shipped international. I packaged the correct size box with extra bubble wrap and padding as you mentioned yourself you often receive broken items. i offered to refund if you would return the music box with its original packaging to inspect myself. This item was sent with extra care exactly as pictured. Seems to be an "issue" with this buyer often receiving broken items and requesting refunds?
