        Hi, got my machine today. I thought it was a complete unit but is missing 3 embossing folders and 16 metal dies that was supposed to be in the box. It wasn't stated they were not included.

        Every item that was included, was photographed, listed in the product specifications and in the item description. I did not state anywhere this was a complete set, or that it was new. I told buyer prior to purchase to read item description and look at all photos. I never said folders or metal dies were included.
