    All buyers: I would strongly recommend that you add this buyer to your "no buy" list. She's unpleasant and picky and irrational. The bag was described clearly with clear photographs; she complains. And I try to use recycled packaging; she has an issue. She's unpleasant; best to pass on this buyer preemptively.
