Ebay would bot allow combined shipping / price reduction, as it already had a discount. Seller did his own partial refund on the shipping cost, which was great news. Seller put all 4 magazines into one envelope, taped shut one end with reinforcement, and shipped. The other end 'could' have been reinforced with tape - but it was missing when the empty envelope arrived.
