    Excellent color laser

    This is my 2nd 2600n that I've purchased because the original that I bought for full retail price is still going strong after 6 years of use. I've had mostly Brother printers over the years but they have consistently cost me more, not only in toner but all of the other expendable parts too. So when I needed a new toner cartridge for my Brother MFC-9440cn, I looked at the cost of $85 to $120 for an OEM cartridge and decided that maybe I should just go with the tried and true. I really don't know about other HP printers but I can tell you that the 2600n (or the slightly newer 2650n) are reliable and produce excellent colors. They aren't multi-function printers, but they are workhorses that seem to go on forever. My wife has gone through 4 years of school and used our original printer almost ...

The printer may have been damaged during shipping. One edge of the box that it came in was pushed in from one corner to another. It looks as if it may have been dropped.

    HP2600n color printer

    Second one I own. These work well, are fast and the cartridges are inexpensive compared to ink jets when the duty level is intermittent as the powdered toner can't dry out. Great for infrequent use, but high quality color copy

    Good printer just not this particular one

    Had the same printer before and it was great. Used it for many years. Recently it died so I bought one as a replacement but the color registration is off and cannot make adjustments to correct it. It is not usable. I have to take it to a repair canter to see if it can be corrected. Bought a new printer to replace it.
