Unfortunately, the shipping carrier for the final leg of travel claimed they were unable to contact me for delivery in late April. I reached out to them to reschedule delivery, but was left waiting for a while. I reached out again yesterday to follow up and was told tariff issues were causing delays, which is understandable. I'm glad to report the item arrived today, but the box was very squished. The item was fine though.

The packaging was not great as it came in a bag and the box was crushed. The plush came undamaged though and I do find the quality and value if you are a collector of labubus. The product was also new but the box it came in was just not worth saving. No shipping details provided but it did arrive pretty fast. Overall good experience.
