      It works for me!

      I did not find the Osteo Bi-Flex on my own. My orthopaedic physician recommended it a long time ago, after installation of even more spinal hardware and other orthopaedic surgeries. It's one of those I don't know if it helps, until you stop taking it a short time and learn very quickly that you were doing a lot better when you were taking it as directed. My life and my joints work a lot better with me taking this one small tablet each day.

      Great for my knee pain

      I've been taking this for years. When I run out and wait to get more I can feel the difference in my knees. I just wish it came in a bottle instead of the individual push outs. But I'm very happy with this product.
