    The item was supposedly in working order. That is not the case. The seller suggested the problem may be the buttons are stuck.I tried to do what he suggested but to no avail. The unit does not respond or work.I texted the seller to advise, but as of now got no response .I am disappointed. A refund would be in order. Sincerely Dr Andrew Hauser

    There was NOTHING wrong with the unit. He said I did not respond, not true. I explained to him step by step how to set it up and he failed, and left a negative feedback instead. Even now I am willing to help him to get it up & going. All you need to do is to take a look at my other feedbacks. If I am unfair to one customer, then I am unfair to all customers. I do NOT deserve this negative feedback.
