      Performance

      My hearing is very bad. I use this wireless headphone for my TV. The sound quality and volume are very good, battery life between charging is good. I tried some other wireless headphones, their volumes was inadequate. For some rewason Sennheiser discontinued this model. I bought this set as back up for my identical set. The original head band cracked. I patched the crack but am not sure how long it will last. Since this model works well I bought a spare. The 'replacement' model is priced way to high. One issue is short range. Possibly, Sennheiser should have provided a better transmitting antenna.

      Return to good

      We tried replacing 130s with a later iteration, but they were not even close to as good. Luckily, we found this second unit to match the one still functioning, so my wife and I can enjoy sounds mainly from TV at very different levels, and still remain friends.

      perfect replacement

      have had a pair of these headphones for many years but one of them started to cut out and give a lot of static. i searched for a replacement to no avail. I found these on ebay and they are perfect. old guy with bad ears can enjoy tv again. thanks!

      Excellent product. Cant go wrong

      I have had the HDR/TR 130 for 4 years now and use them every day. I am amazed at how long they have lasted. I use them every day in my shop all day long in rough conditions. They keep going and going. The base station even sits outside in temperatures from 20 degrees to 100 degrees. I have the newer 120 version inside the house and don't like them as much. they have a roll-a-dial to tune them in which is a pain. The 130's have a push button and works a lot better. The over the ear muffs really help keep them on if you are moving around. Sound quality is excellent and a bullet proof product. 5 stars from me.
