It arrived in perfect like new condition as described.There was an issue though with a loose block of wood inside boucing around so i contacted them and quick response. After talking we decided that I take speaker out and find issue. I found a loose block of wood inside so removed and put speaker back in subwoofer and it was all fine.They were nice enough to give an extra refund. Best musical sub ever!Sonus Faber Gravis II Powered Subwoofer with 350W Class AB Amplifier - Walnut (#156483651994)
