    The seller was great to work with. The mixing bowl part got broken in-transit unfortunately, but I will say the seller used a heavy duty box, bubble wrap and had fragile written on the box along with an arrow of which side was up so they did take care to pack it. The seller was quick to respond to my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement of partial refund since I wanted to keep it and try and find a replacement bowl. It was accurately described in the listing so no complaint on that.
