It was wrapped great so the breakage didn't occur during shipping. Upon closer examination, you could see the toy was broken before shipping. I immediately requested a return. The seller claims to have provided a return shipping label, but it could not be found anywhere. I had to pay for return shipping. Will I get a refund? We shall see. Bad experience.
