The seller did not send the item advertised. The seller advertised a large multiple fan plant. The seller sent a much smaller plant with a single fan. 2. The seller sent a plan with rotting roots and a bulb that quickly softened and became foul. The leaves yellowed and quickly fell off. When contacted the seller sent care instructions for how to manage the rotted root.Follow-up from: i***2- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.The seller reached out shortly after feedback was listed to arrange settlement.
