      Brand new Nice quality at a great price, nice finish aluminum makes it very light. it easily adjusted for our full size male German Sheppard. He fusses a bit when we put his rear legs in harness. It takes about 2 minutes to get him all hooked up and he'll run around the yard like a maniac in the wheelchair. We bought booties for his rear feet he like to drag them half as much he uses them to run. He doesn't mind us putting his rear feet in the stirrups at all. I definitely recommend.
