      The seller did not deliver my package to the address I provided on the eBay order. When I noticed that it had not been delivered (it was late), I found out that it was at my local post office. Obviously no instructions were sent by the seller to deliver during normal business hours. When I asked the seller to have the item delivered, they took no responsibility. I will not buy from this seller again.

      Item was sent to buyers address that they provided, the post office held the item for pickup, which they do sometimes, buyer contacted and said i want it delivered, i said we are not the post office, lol, you have to talk to them, thy seem to think a seller has control over what your post office does with your package, or that we are the post office or something.

      Nice American made product.

      Fairly easy to install and hook up. Runs on 110v so no need to have 220v. Great for my sink sink in my work shop. Water flow must be a little slow to give time for water to heat but it will get very warm which is fine for washing hands.

      Eemax works for the most part, but element fails

      Twice needed to replace the element on the original and now the whole unit so this was my purchase. I use at a business and did not want to change model due to plumbing costs.
