    We ordered this rod in hopes of surprising our Daughter foe an upcoming trout trip. Unfortunately the rod came to us broken in 2 peices. The packaging was well done, someone had to have actually placed the broken rod in the box and shipped it. The seller played games with me while trying to get a refund or another rod. Their final offer was to take 30% off the broken rod. They wanted me to still pay them for trash. I had to have PayPal get involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

    Rainkaka addressed package incorrectly plus gave me incorrectly tracking info. When I received package (not addressed to me and not matching tracking info). I returned package to shipper on label and they processed the return to the receipent. When I contacted rainkaka for my package, they gave me a different tracking number for the pkg I returned. Now I'm out $50 and I'm still without a gate...so much for being honest!!!
