After problem solving attempts I realized the black ink was a 702 cartridge not 710 as the color cartridges. All cartridges were loose packaged not in an original box. It's now apparent sellerq packed the wrong black cartridge. Anyone purchasing from this seller or perhaps any other seller be sure to check the numbers on the cartridges are correct.
