    Other than communication with the seller, the transaction was positive, except that the items were shipped untracked via Amazon and not UPS as stated in the order. The address was correct but my name was not on either package, but rather a middle eastern name that I’ve never heard of. This must be a thing with some of the EBay sellers of this particular hose, because I never received the hose that I ordered from another Ebayer 3 weeks ago.
