I ordered 10 black phantoms, upon arrival I noticed one of them not doing too well. He wasn't dead but he definitely wasn't looking good. I contacted the seller, wasn't looking for a refund for a single fish just letting them know the issue. Without hesitation and me asking the supplier sent me a refund.
