    Good experience overall and good communication, but shoes were not double boxed which especially sucks for an international shipment. I spent over 700 bucks on both shoes I bought. Luckily boxes were not destroyed but were more damaged than was pictured as a result. Recommend you specifically ask for double box (which you shouldn't have to do but it is what it is)
